Colorado Reading Center respects your privacy. We do not sell, trade, share or disclose your personal information with any other companies or individuals. Personal information we collect is only to provide you with information on educational options, our products or services. We are governed by the privacy laws of the State of Colorado.

Credit card billing information is always processed through a secure location and is retained only as long as required by good business practices and by law. We do not electronically store credit card information longer than needed to process the transaction.

Names, pictures or testimonials will only be used after we obtain prior permission in writing.

Government agencies can compel the release of information through subpoena or other legal means. We will comply with any legal request for information.

When you visit our website and request information from us, we may collect personal information, such as your name, address, email address and telephone number. We also collect this information when you save your information with us online or participate in a survey. We maintain a record of your program interests and inquiries.

When you request information from us, we use your personal information to respond to you via phone, mail or e-mail in accordance with your request. We will also use your address and e-mail address to send you information about our programs, services, and promotions.

Returns Top

If you chose to return your ReadingFish program, you must have a Return Authorization Number. Delivery will be refused on any return that does not have a Return Authorization Number. Please call and let us know you want to return the product and we will provide you with the number. Please send it, with return receipt requested and insured, to: Customer Service Return, Colorado Reading Center, 450 West Jefferson Avenue, Englewood, Colorado, 80110. If you paid by check we will refund you by check. If you paid by credit card, we will apply a credit to your credit card.

Shipping Top

Shipping is free. We ship domestic orders by US Priority Mail. If the item is in stock, orders received Monday through Friday before noon (Mountain Time) will generally ship the same day. Orders received after noon (Mountain Time), on weekends and holidays are generally shipped the next business day.

If you need to receive the product more quickly, we are able to ship next day air for an additional charge.

Guarantee Top

Basic Guarantee Read the manual, watch the video and use the program. Think about how it is helping your student and see the progress being made for a full 30 days. If you don't believe that the program is of value to you, send it back. We will provide a full refund of the purchase price for any product returned within 30 days.  There may be a seal on the binder that must be intact for us to honor a return. The seal prevents the pages from being removed from the binder. If the seal is broken, please do not attempt to return the product.  The kit must be complete and in good, original condition.

 
2 Year Gain Guarantee If you choose to purchase the kit with the option that includes pre- and post-testing, we guarantee that your child will make at least a 2 year gain (age equivalence.)
To qualify for the guarantee:

1.  Your student must take the online, standardized pre-test.
2.  You must watch the video training and read the training manual.
3.  Administer a minimum of 35 hours of instruction with the student.
4.  Your student must take the online, standardized post-test.
5.  Return the 35 completed lesson plan pages with your progress notes.
6.  Return the entire ReadingFish© kit.

We will prorate your cost of the kit to the amount of the progress your child made.  If your child made 1 year of progress, we will return 50% of the total cost of the kit (including shipping.) Remember, we are averaging 3 years of gain for our students. Very few students make gains of less than 2 years.
